Jackie Chan Sells Former Beverly Hills House For $9.5 Million
Buyers are kung-fu fighting over Jackie Chan’s former Beverly Hills home which is now listed in the market.
Priced at $9.5 million, the 7,638-square-foot property is nesting at 1705 Green Acres Dr, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. Formerly owned by silent film star Harold Lloyd and built in 1986 it comes with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, two automatic gates, fountain, pool, spa, wet bar, gourmet kitchen, barbecue area, wine cellar and circular driveway.

Chan has once sold it for $6.3 million in 2005 according to records.
